makesense Global

What if…

… We lived in a sustainable and inclusive world? A world in which we could slow global warming, distribute wealth more equitably, replace individualism, competition, and consumerism with solidarity, collective action, and the
preservation of the common good? A world in which imagination, collaboration, and joy would allow us to collectively find the resources we need to face crises and write a new future?

This is the society to which we aspire and for which we deploy all our energy.
We believe that nothing is impervious to collective action and it is in this spirit that we want to engage all those who share our utopia.

For the past 10 years, we have been empowering people and giving good ideas the means to develop.

makesense for citizens

We enable citizens to implement concrete solutions close to home, thanks to joyful, collaborative and educational mobilization tools.

makesense for entrepreneurs

We support entrepreneurs in devising sustainable solutions within our incubators and programs, and we finance them through our funds.

makesense for organizations

We offer organizations, companies, NGOs and public authorities advice, training and networking to help them transform themselves at a deep level.

Once we start to act, hope is everywhere. So instead of looking for hope, look for action. Then, and only then, hope will come.

Our approach

Between collaboration and collective intelligence

Though it is difficult for us to predict the future (we don’t have a crystal ball), and though it is highly unlikely that things will happen as planned, we do however have one certainty: the ecological and social transition will be collective or it won’t happen! To reach our goal, our approach and our tools allow everyone to start moving fast.

We believe

That our ability to work together enables us to solve collective challenges.

That a group of people on the ground can bring more concrete solutions than an isolated international report.

That collaboration and sharing goes farther than patents and private property.

That collective intelligence opens the door to new solutions

That a better mobilization of people who have understood and been moved by the challenges is needed

That training for action gives power and hope

From Manila to Paris, from Beirut to Mexico, everyone has a role to play in meeting societal and environmental challenges.

By strengthening our ranks, we can change the world.
